कोई बात नहीं, यह सबसे सीधा रास्ता वैसे भी नहीं है। फ़ोन उठाइए और तारीख़ बता दीजिए, रजिस्टर सामने रखकर उसी वक़्त बता दिया जाएगा कि वह दिन खाली है या नहीं।
No matter. This was never the surest way anyway. Pick up the phone and say the date. Somebody will look at the register while you are on the call and tell you straight away whether that day is free.

तारीख़, कार्यक्रम और अंदाज़न कितने लोग आएँगे, इतना बता दीजिए। रेट फ़ोन पर ही बताया जाता है, वेबसाइट पर नहीं लिखा है।
Tell us the date, the occasion and roughly how many people are expected. The rate is quoted on the call. It is not published on the site.
आकर देख लीजिए
Come and look
लॉन में घूमिए, स्टेज देखिए, कमरे देखिए, गेट से गाड़ी अंदर आकर देख लीजिए। जो पूछना हो मौक़े पर पूछ लीजिए। बिना देखे बुकिंग की सलाह हम ख़ुद नहीं देते।
Walk the lawn, see the stage, see the rooms, bring a car in through the gate. Ask whatever you want to ask on the spot. We ourselves do not advise booking without seeing the place.
अग्रिम देकर तारीख़ रोक लीजिए
Hold the date with an advance
बात तय होने पर अग्रिम देकर तारीख़ आपके नाम रजिस्टर में लिख दी जाती है। रसीद ज़रूर लीजिए, बिना रसीद के पैसा मत दीजिए। अग्रिम की राशि और तरीक़ा कॉल पर तय होता है, क्योंकि हर कार्यक्रम अलग होता है।
Once the terms are agreed, an advance puts the date against your name in the register. Always take a receipt. Do not hand over money without one. The advance amount and how you pay it are settled on the call, because every function is different.
कार्यक्रम से पहले एक बार बैठ लीजिए

कुछ दिन पहले आकर तय कर लीजिए: कितनी कुर्सियाँ, भोजन किस तरफ़, कमरे किसके लिए, बारात कितने बजे, बिजली और सजावट का काम किसका। सब लिखकर रख लेना सबसे अच्छा रहता है।
A few days before, come and settle the details: how many chairs, which side the food goes, who gets the rooms, what time the baraat reaches, who is handling the lights and the decoration. Writing it all down works best.
अग्रिम में क्या-क्या शामिल रहता है
What the advance normally covers
अग्रिम का मतलब एक ही है: उस दिन वाटिका आपके नाम रोक ली गई, किसी और को नहीं दी जाएगी। बाक़ी हिसाब कार्यक्रम के आसपास होता है।
An advance means one thing. That day is held in your name and will not be given to anybody else. The rest of the account is settled around the function.
- तारीख़ रजिस्टर में आपके नाम लिख दी जाती है The date goes into the register against your name
- लॉन, पक्का स्टेज और मंडप, ढका पंडाल और कमरे उसी दिन के लिए आपके हैं The lawn, the permanent stage and mandap, the covered pandal and the rooms are yours for that day
- वाटिका 24 घंटे खुली रहती है, इसलिए तिलक से विदाई तक का समय मिलता है The vatika is open 24 hours, so you get the time from tilak through to vidaai
बाक़ी की राशि कब देनी है, अग्रिम अंतिम बिल में कैसे जुड़ेगा, और तारीख़ बदलनी या कैंसिल करनी पड़े तो क्या होगा, यह सब कॉल पर तय होता है, क्योंकि हर कार्यक्रम अलग होता है।
When the balance is due, how the advance is adjusted in the final bill, and what happens if the date has to change or be cancelled are all settled on the call, because every function is different.
लाइटिंग, साउंड, कुर्सियाँ और सजावट रेट में शामिल हैं या अलग से, यह भी कॉल पर साफ़ बता दिया जाता है।
Whether lighting, sound, chairs and decoration are inside the rate or charged separately is also told to you plainly on the call.
